CLIMATEACHER Organization is a Tanzanian non-governmental organization (NGO) dedicated to advancing climate education, environmental sustainability, community resilience, and inclusive development across Mainland Tanzania. We work at the intersection of education, climate action, environmental conservation, women’s empowerment, and youth leadership to create lasting solutions for people and the planet.

Founded on the belief that education is the foundation of sustainable change, CLIMATEACHER equips teachers, students, women, youth, and local communities with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities needed to address climate challenges while improving livelihoods and protecting natural ecosystems.

As climate change increasingly affects communities through environmental degradation, biodiversity loss, food insecurity, and economic vulnerability, CLIMATEACHER promotes locally led, innovative, and evidence-based solutions that strengthen resilience and contribute to sustainable development.
